Custom Orders (Important)

All of our products are custom-made using your personal photos, which means:

  • All custom orders are final sale

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Dislike of the image, design, or crop

    • Minor color variations (due to screen vs print differences)

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email us with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A refund, at our discretion

Order Issues / Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and order details

We will resolve the issue by sending a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Incorrect photos uploaded by the customer

  • Low-quality or blurry images provided at upload

  • Cropping or positioning preferences

  • Slight color differences between screen and final product

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders quickly:

  • Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order

  • After this time, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number

  • We will assist where possible, but are not responsible for carrier-related losses

Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in denial if the terms above are met

  • We are always happy to work with you to resolve any issues
